Experience
Lee has been writing about movies online for over 15 years and got his first paid gig as resident film critic for the Brno Expat Center in 2014. With a passion for the cinema of his adopted home country, he started Czech Film Review and had the pleasure of interviewing one of his idols, legendary Czech New Wave cinematographer Jaromir Sofr. He has written for several outlets including Way Too Indie, High on Film, Kafkadesk, Art of the Movies, Prague Daily Monitor, and The Movie Buff. He joined the team at /Film in 2021 and has mainly focused on showing lots of love to classic movies.
Education
Lee studied film at degree level before departing on a 20-year journey of obsessive self-education.
